Sewing machine purchased at a vintage shop. The sewing machine was used as parts for other projects. The sewing machine box was just that, a BOX and it appeared to me to be a perfect pet coffin. The vintage style lamp parts were purchased online from Vintage Lighting & Supply. Holes were drilled through the box, wiring run and lamp parts attached. Parts purchased from different thrift shops were attached with old machine screws salvaged from old machines.
